Qualcosa lo posso fare per cambiare le cose. Qualcosa di piccolo, che cambierà in meglio qualche altra piccola cosa. Oggi Leo mi ha chiesto che cosa voglio per Natale. Ho cercato di sfogliare rapidamente il catalogo dei desideri, ma oltre al libro dei 365 pensieri buddhisti non è che mi sia venuto in mente qualcosa che veramente desideravo. E poi, eccola lì, un flash improvviso, l’immagine della nuova pubblicità sociale dell’Unicef. Mi ha toccato profondamente. Gli ho detto, Leo ho già tutto. Facciamo una donazione all’Unicef, oppure adottiamo un bambino tibetano, un’altra delle cose che da tempo vorrei poter fare. (Costa come un navigatore… è quello che mi voleva regalare). Leo, che in fondo ha sempre la stessa candida anima solidale con i meno fortunati, è d’accordo. Meno male. Poi, mentre ci alziamo dal tavolo del bar mi dice sorridendo “ma così non avrai il navigatore e continuerai a perderti”, “sì - gli dico mentre mi metto la giacca - ma che me ne faccio del navigatore, c’è gente che non ha nemmeno la strada”. Buon Natale a chi ha vinto una vita meno fortunata a questo giro.
